Project Overview
AMP Capital has some of the best and brightest in their ranks, with world-leading expertise within their team of investment managers and economists. The problem was their old digital experience did not align with their ability—and was a long way from a “market leading experience”. Further, it did not effectively provide the business a better understanding of their users. Digital transformation was in dire need.
The Challenge
With such a wide reach, across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and into the US and Middle East, the biggest challenge was engaging stakeholders across the business to set the foundations for a coherent customer experience that could expand as the business did.
The Solution
We undertook a massive overhaul, upgrading their digital ecosystem to an industry leading marketing solution built on the Adobe Experience Manager, with deep Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds integrations.
